Arts and Crafts session – Shire Hall Museum

Don’t miss the exciting craft activities at Shire Hall this half term! From Monday 12th to Friday 16th,(Except Wednesday) you can drop in anytime between 10:00 and 13:00 and join the fun. You can make your own semaphore flags, wooden boats, and Nelson-inspired collages. You can also enjoy water play, small world figures, and sensory activities. There’s something for everyone at Shire Hall, so come along and unleash your creativity!

• Monday 12th: Who’s joining us today for our craft session – Today we’re making our own hats and medals based on Horatio Nelson.
• Tuesday 13th : You could say Nelson was the original influencer, come and explore how he marketed himself and draw your own self-portraits at our craft session today!
• Wednesday 14th : CLOSED
• Thursday 15th : Alongside our crafts we’ll be running Games for the first 15 minutes of each hour.
• Friday 16th : Today in our craft session we are making Origami love letters – Did you know Nelson and Emma often exchanged love letters whilst Nelson was away at sea?
