Active 60 Programme

The Active 60+ Scheme is an 8-week social prescribing programme funded by Sports Wales, designed to increase the provision of Physical Activity and Wellbeing for people aged 60 and over.

What Activities are included?

  • Tai Chi
  • Pilates
  • Yoga
  • Aqua
  • Aqua Running
  • Swimming (at select times)
  • Fit4Life / Easyline Classes
  • Fit4life Table Tennis (Monmouth Leisure Centre)
  • Fit4Life Dance (Chepstow Leisure Centre)
  • Fit4Life Dance (Chepstow Leisure Centre)
  • Fitness Suite – including a tailored Programme and 1:1 Support with the MonLife Member Journey
  • Fit4Life parkrun – Rogiet Country Park
  • Access to over 200 online classes via the My Wellness App and Zoom.

How do I sign up?

Please complete all the fields via the following link. A qualified Fitness Professional will then contact you for a health assessment and to answer any queries you may have about the programme and get you booked in.

How much will it cost?

There is no cost for the first 8 weeks. You will be offered to continue your Wellness journey with the Fit4Life membership, which is at the discounted rate of just £18 per month.

Please be aware a gym induction fee of £15.75 is required for new members.
